Lions & lionesses
I made all of the lion/lioness collars and belts/fabric drapes. I used earthtone colors (a lot of brown, tan, and gold) for all lion costumes and added color/ more ornate detail on the principles to help them stand out.

This one-of-a-kind simba costume was so fun to make! It included a lot of textural elements - beads, feathers, twine, and fabric strips. The yellow robe really helped it to pop out on the stage. I also donated one of my hand-crafted wooden staffs, which the props team embellished with a coconut-windchime.
