How early should I book my show or event?
The earlier the better! Once I confirm your costume needs, I will reserve them and update my pulling calendar accordingly.
I left getting costumes to the last minute. Can you help me?
Yes, I offer rush service for last minute customers. Depending on how late you contact me, there may be an additional fee.
Can I meet with you to see the costumes before they are pulled?
Yes, I offer both in-person costume and virtual costume meetings. This way you get to see the styles of costumes I will pull for you.
When can I get the costumes?
You can pick up your costumes early enough for parades, tech week, and dress rehearsals at no additional cost. You may be able to pick up earlier if they are available.

Generally, costume rentals are picked up and returned from my home office. Local customers can pick up their costumes from 754 Lugers Road, Holland MI 49423
Do you ship costumes?
Yes. I am willing to ship costumes via UPS within the contingent US states if the customer pays for the shipping both directions.
Can we alter the costumes ourselves?
You may take in or let out seams or hems, but do NOT cut or permanently change the costumes without my prior approval.
When are the costumes due back?
The costumes are due back within one week following your show. After, that I charge a $50/day late fee. If this is a problem for you, just talk to me; if there are no other requests for the costume, I can usually be flexible.
Do I have to clean the costumes before returning them?
I usually take care of laundering costumes when they are returned. Your rental agreement will define who is responsible for post-show laundering and/or dry cleaning. A fee may be charged if returned costumes require cleaning or repairs.
